Data‑Deletion Policy
KatOps is committed to respecting your data privacy and complying with all applicable data protection regulations. You may request deletion of your organization’s data at any time by submitting a written request to kat@katops.com or by using the in-app “Delete Organization” function.

Additional Terms
Confirmation: Users will receive a confirmation email when the deletion process is complete.
Irrecoverability: Once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
Legal Compliance: KatOps retains certain financial and transactional data for the period required by law (e.g., IRS, accounting, and regulatory obligations).
Third-Party Data: Deletion requests are processed for data within KatOps’ control. You remain responsible for deleting or managing your data on any third-party services or platforms integrated with KatOps.
