KatOps, LLC ("KatOps," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us.This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit katops.com, use the KatOps web application, or interact with our related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Information We Collect• Account Data Name, business name, email, postal address, phone, tier selected.• Payment Data Processed securely by Stripe; we only store the last 4 digits, expiry month/year, and Stripe customer ID.• Business Profile Data OAuth tokens, location IDs, Google reviews/posts metadata.• Usage Data Log files, device/browser info, IP address, pages visited, referring URLs.• Cookies & Similar Tech Session cookies (auth), preference cookies, analytics pixels (GA4).• Communications Support emails, chat transcripts, call recordings (if you phone us).

2. How We Use Your Information• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services.• Process billing, subscriptions, and refunds.• Generate automated posts, review replies, SEO reports.• Send transactional emails (invoices, audit PDFs, system alerts).• Improve and customize the Services; develop new features.• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or abuse.• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. How We Share InformationWe never sell personal data. We share only as needed with:• Service providers (Stripe, Vercel, SendGrid, Google APIs) under data‑processing agreements.• Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law.• Successor entities in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (users will be notified).

4. International TransfersKatOps is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the U.S. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for EU/UK transfers where applicable.

5. Data RetentionAccount and billing records—7 years (IRS).Operational content (posts, reviews)—until you delete the organization or 90 days after cancellation, whichever comes first.Backups are purged on a 30‑day rolling schedule.

6. Your RightsDepending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data. Please email kat@katops.com with your request; we will respond within 30 days.
